Chez André is a restaurant in the heart of Tartu with 15 years of experience, led by Chef de Cuisine Andrus Vaht and his excellent team. Andrus is a truly international man, open in his thinking and in how he talks with people.
We have a loyal community that loves us and motivates us to keep going and to bring joy through everything we do. Our success is our people, in their professionalism and their devotion to doing their best.
Andrus Vaht
Andrus is a professional chef who trained at schools in Finland and Sweden and at a culinary academy in Norway, sailed the world on luxury cruise ships, worked alongside people of many nations, speaks four languages and is a fanatic of the world of food.
Andrus has been head chef at a number of renowned restaurants, has a broad professional outlook and is a deeply empathetic person.
